Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Ground (3–5 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) — additional charges may apply
  • Freight shipping for oversized or bulk orders
  • Local delivery available in select regions

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (check current promotions).

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can check the status of your order anytime through your account or via the tracking link.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ship every order quickly, occasional delays may occur due to supply chain issues, weather events, or carrier delays. We will notify you if your order is delayed.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Special-order items, electrical components, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us at returns@zymbux.com or call (800) 555-1234 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Returns must include the RMA number on the package.
  3. Ship the item(s) to our returns center:

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately — we will make it right.
